In just two hours of action, the patrol stopped three people. Everyone claimed that they do not wear flares, because they only went out for a moment.

The reflectors, on the other hand, ensure the visibility of a pedestrian from several dozen meters. The police were merciless and consistently punished pedestrian mandates.
