Reflective elements should be commonplace for pedestrians

The law not only thinks on motorists who must be from November 1 under the circumstances winter tires. Reflective material must be wearing pedestrians, who move in poor visibility on the road outside the village. Policemen but recommend wearing reflective elements for all pedestrians, not just those affected by the amendment to the Road Traffic Act of February this year touches.

 

That’s how it looked this morning at one of Karvina. Longer waiting period is annually subject to the obligation from November 1 for the winter in conditions which clearly stipulated by law. A continuous layer of snow has not yet appeared, but the potential danger of frost. They must have all year to wear reflective material.

 

Miroslav Kolatek, spokesperson for the Czech Police Karvina: “It’s not enough he only put on the strap of her purse, which is then hidden in the armpit, but keeps it visible on his hands, on foot, or on a cap or jacket so that it is visible to other participants.”

 

Wear reflective fabric in the village is not mandatory, but police wearing all pedestrians are recommended.

A spokesman for the PCR Karvina: “They increase their visibility and thereby contribute to their safety.”
