Children and adults wear reflective vest for safety

Numerous clubs are organizations and companies to inform on Friday together. For the visitors there is plenty to look at and to taste.

For children to be seen on the roads, bright and reflective vest and school bags are important. What to note only that is the subject of Road Safety.

 

No drinking and driving and a bicycle helmet: Road safety is far more than the health, clothing, equipment, knowledge and proper behavior in an emergency are also included… At the first Road Safety Day tomorrow, Friday children and adults can learn a lot about it – and try it out.

 

The idea was born at the inauguration of civil protection Hall in September, says Tanya, recently head of the police station. Of course, visitors can see ambulances, police and fire trucks and learn about the work of rescue and security services. But Tanya says: “For traffic safety every individual can make a contribution.” For example, are the proper diet for a good circulation, good vision and the right equipment important? The optician can make an eye test, test in the Road Safety with a noise glasses, how to be drunk. There is information on alcohol and drug prevention and brief training in first aid.

 

“Together safe” is the theme of the day – and so all should be addressed, both big and small. It’s about the car, school bus, bike. Children can be trained to “Children Commissioner”, the adult’s backward parallel parking practice with the trailer. Students present a fashion show on “security through visibility” and provide information about school bags and driver education. The net proceeds from the beverage and food sales the day of the Road Patrol Augsburg will be donated to youth traffic school.

 

The Road Safety Day takes place on Friday, December 2 at the bus station, the playground and inside the elementary and middle school. Morning 8:45 to 12:00 are the elementary, middle and high school students on site, from 13:30 to 17 o’clock; there is the program to the public.
